    As Disability Services Accessibility Specialist, Julia Kelly serves as a campus resource for Disabled students who require academic accommodation support. Her main job duties center on the management of the Disability Services Testing Center, as well as direct academic accommodation support. Julia serves as the primary Disability Services staff member regarding academic accommodation determination outcome decisions, and management of academic accommodations through case management and faculty support. She is also passionate about her role on the Volunteer Committee of Special Olympics Virginia.

      Assistant to the Vice President for Student Development, University of Richmond (August 2013 - December 2021)


      Administrative Specialist for the Richmond College Dean's Office, University of Richmond (September 2009 - August 2013)

      • Coordinated logistics for all major programs and traditions of Richmond College.
      • Assisted the associate dean in his duties associated with new/transfer student orientation.
      • Documented attrition of Richmond College students and assisted the dean in the preparation of the official Richmond College attrition report at the end of each semester.
      • Maintained all budgets for the Richmond College Dean’s Office, including paper and electronic records.

      • Maintained budgets, entered and tracked database information, and maintained multiple staff schedules.
