Profile
Julia supports Dr. Steve Bisese, Vice President for Student Development, by screening and handling communications, greeting and directing visitors, dealing with administrative problems and inquiries, preparing correspondence, managing VP's calendar, making travel arrangements, and acting as liason to other campus offices and external constituencies. Julia also plans and executes functions and events and serves on various committees.

Administrative Specialist for the Richmond College Dean's Office (September 2009 - August 2013)
  • Coordinated logistics for all major programs and traditions of Richmond College.
  • Assisted the associate dean in his duties associated with new/transfer student orientation.
  • Documented attrition of Richmond College students and assisted the dean in the preparation of the official Richmond College attrition report at the end of each semester.
  • Maintained all budgets for the Richmond College Dean’s Office, including paper and electronic records.
Administrative Coordinator for Richmond College Residence Life (September 2006 - February 2009)
